Atomized Aluminum Powder
We present premium quality atomized
aluminum powders, atomized aluminium powder, atomized metal powder, aluminium metal powder that are used in aluminothermic smelting, explosives, master alloy manufacturing, pyrotechnic and thermit compounds. Atomized aluminium powder can also
be used as a reducing agent in chemical processing and as plastic compound
filler.
General
Our Atomized Aluminium Powders, atomoized aluminium powder, metal powder, atomized metal powder, aluminium metal powder which are produced through vertical atomization process, have granular and fine particles with narrow particle
size distribution. Besides high qualities, the safety equipment for
preventing explosion which is attached to our Plant production line enable
us to supply powders consistently to our customers in various fields.
Aluminium Purity
We produce atomized aluminium powder of various purity grades such as 98% min, 99%
min, 99.5% min.
Aluminium Oxide
Ourpowdercontainsarnaximumof 1% aluminium oxide.

Uses
Powder metallurgy, Ferro Alloys, Thermit welding, foundry fluxes,
catalyzers, welding rods, pigments, blending into synthetic resins, reducing
agents, refractory, explosives, fireworks, aluminium compounds, calorized
steels, lagging materials, etc.
Storage And Dealing
Although Atomised Aluminium Powder itself is odorless and nonpoisonous,
when storing and dealing with powder, do not scatter great deal of the
powder in the atmosphere and keep it away from fire, water and chemicals.

other shapes and even tolerances can be altered. As far as lubricants
are concerned, depending upon application, bearings are impregnated with
synthetic or with less expensive mineral oils of varying viscosity --
enabling them to operate in a very high temperature range. |
